Artist statement

I am a visual artist and printmaker who is interested in site-specific art, how to adopt visuals to a particular setting and the way in which art relates to the environment and influences audiences. I am fascinated with how different art forms and various audiences communicate with each other and how to nurture this dialogue. My artworks are depictive and illustrative where realistic drawings meet abstract patterns. I am mainly inspired by various elements of nature and wildlife.
