Works and lives in Birmingham.
I am a mixed media artist and also work on social and humanitarian aid projects in UK and abroad. My art focuses on the urban environment, looking at the human reflections and imprints that shape the everyday world around us. The pieces are a commentary on modern living, as societies come to terms with new and fast-changing city dynamics.
My aid work has taken me to Africa, Asia and Europe, most recently as part of the management team for Elpida Refugee Camp in Greece. I specialise in areas of conflict sensitivity, logistics and strategy for effective aid programmes. I have also exhibited and sold artworks at a number of UK music festivals and ran a series of art workshops at the Calais Jungle refugee camp in 2016.
